Wellawatte, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Wellawatte is located at the south of Bambalapitiya, Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is a busy and densely populated town with many textile and jewellery shops. There are also many restaurants and apartment buildings in the area. Many of the locals are tamils, and the Wellawatte Beach is a very popular attraction here. A trip by train along the Wellawatte Beach is an exciting experience as it offers beautiful sceneries of the Indian Ocean. Wellawatte railway station is located on the Coast line between Bambalapitiya and Dehiwala railway stations. Distance between Colombo Fort and Wellawatte railway station is about 7km. Wellawatte means ‘sandy garden’ in Sinhala, the Sri Lanka's main language. The Wellawatte canal, which is spanned by a road bridge before spilling to the sea, then, as now, was an important feature of the area.

Ben Thanh Market is a large marketplace in central Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in District 1. The market is one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and an important symbol of Ho Chi Minh City. The market developed from informal markets created by early 17th century street vendors gathering together near the Saigon River. Marina Bay in Singapore has undergone a transformation of epic proportions. Once a quiet body of water at the entrance of the Singapore River, this area now stands as a spectacular example of how this miniscule country has come to be one of the world’s most luxurious travel destinations. Described by its operators as an observation wheel. Opened in 2008, it has 28 air-conditioned capsules, each able to accommodate 28 passengers. The Flyer has an overall height of 165 metres (541 ft) and was the world's tallest Ferris wheel until the High Roller, which is 2.6 m (9 ft) taller than the Flyer, opened on the Las Vegas in 2014.

James Bond Island, Phuket, Thailand.

Khao Phing Kan or Ko Khao Phing Kan is an island in Thailand, in Phang Nga Bay northeast of Phuket. The islands are limestone tower karsts and are a part of Ao Phang Nga National Park. TIGERS SUPER SPORTS About 40 metres from the shores of Khao Phing Kan lies a 20-metre tall islet called Ko Ta Pu or Ko Tapu. Since 1974, when they were featured in the James Bond movie The Man with the Golden Gun, Khao Phing Kan and Ko Ta Pu have been popularly called James Bond Island. In 1981, the island became the most famous part of the newly established Ao Phang Nga Marine National Park. Since 1998, it is forbidden for tourist boats to approach Ko Ta Pu. This measure aims to stop erosion of the limestone rocks on and near the islet that might eventually result in the island's collapse. A trip to James Bond Island is ranked among the top things to do in Phuket.

It is 134 km (83 mi) long and extends from India to China. Approximately 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. All together it covers 604 km sq. Photo by Fadzil Hisham Pangong Tso can be reached in a five-hour drive from Leh, most of it on a rough and dramatic mountain road. The journey crosses the Chang La Pass, which is one of the highest road in the world. The spectacular lakeside is open during the tourist season, from May to September. Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Photo by Fadzil Hisham The Sultan Abdul Samad Building is a late 19th century building located along Jalan Raja in front of the Merdeka Square and the Royal Selangor Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building originally housed the offices of the British colonial administration, and was known simply as Government Offices in its early years. In 1974 it was renamed after Sultan Abdul Samad, the reigning sultan of Selangor at the time when construction began. The Merdeka (Independence) Square is located exactly opposite the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. This is the historical place where the Union Flag was lowered and the Malayan flag was raised for the very first time at the struck of midnight of 31st August 1957. From then on, Merdeka Square has been the venue for the annual Merdeka Parade. Surrounding the square are many buildings of historical interest. Nami Island, South Korea.

Namiseom Island was formed as a result of the construction of Cheongpyeong Dam. It is a half moon-shaped isle, and on it is the grave of General Nami, who led a great victory against the rebels in the 13th year of King Sejo, Joseon Dynasty.  The Island is 63 km away from Seoul in the direction of Chuncheon, and is famous for its beautiful tree lined roads. Bukittinggi, Indonesia.

Bukittinggi is the third largest city in West Sumatra, Indonesia, with a population of just over 124,000 people and an area of 25.24 km². It is in the Minangkabau Highlands, 90 km by road from the West Sumatran capital city of Padang. The whole area is located near volcanoes, Mount Singgalang (inactive) and Mount Marapi (still active). At 930 m above sea level, the city has a cool climate with temperatures between 16.1° to 24.9°C. Bukittinggi is popular due to the climate and and Minangkabau culture. The Shibuya Crossing is one of Tokyo’s most popular place. It is often referred to as the world's busiest crosswalk, where thousands of pedestrians scramble across the crossing daily. At peak times, approximately 1,000 to 2,500 people cross the intersection every two minutes. Shibuya Crossing is a very important spot in Tokyo. The nearby Shibuya Station is one of the world's busiest train stations. Havelock Town is a neighbourhood of Colombo, Sri Lanka, part of an area zoned as Colombo 5. It is located approximately 6 kilometres south of Fort, the central business district of Colombo. Havelock City, a mixed-used development in Havelock Town is to be the largest property development in Sri Lanka incorporating residential and commercial facilities. Havelock Town is a nice quiet suburb with plenty of arts and crafts sold in boutique shops. Jewelry and unset stones of semi-precious gems are excellent to buy in Sri Lanka because of the mines in this country. Take a Tuktuk ride, the common three-wheeled vehicle in Colombo. Tao Dan Park, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Tao Dan Park is a perfect place for a break from Ho Chi Minh’s busy streets. It is located in Ho Chi Minh’s District 1, the most tourist-friendly area of the city, and is always open. The park has children’s playground, plenty of open space and beautiful manicured gardens. There are over 1,000 trees in this 24-acre park, providing plenty of shade from the heat. A good time to enjoy the park is the morning before the heat sets in. Stroll through the park and watch as the local residents perform tai chi. Masjid Sultan, Singapore

Masjid Sultan is the most iconic mosque in Singapore. It was built in 1824 and has played an important role in Singapore’s Muslim community for almost 200 years. The mosque is a prominent landmark in the Kampong Glam Malay Heritage District. Masjid Sultan’s decor reflects a mix of traditional Indian, Islamic and European architecture. It’s also known for its distinct golden domes which you can probably spot from afar. The Mosque has a prayer hall which can accommodate up to 5000 people in mass prayer. Masjid Sultan has a long history that goes back to 1824. Sultan Hussain Shah, Ruler of Temasek, former name of Singapore, proposed to build a mosque. Sir Stamford Raffles promised that the East India Company will donate $3,000 to assist in the building of Sultan Mosque. It was ready two years later. Banzaan Market is a modern-looking Thai fresh market on Sai Kor Road, Patong, Thailand. Basically, you can get anything that one would expect from a local market here but in a much more pleasant environment. The Banzaan Market is the brainchild of a well-known Phuket family who sought to offer shoppers an alternative experience other than visiting a typical local market. The word ‘banzaan’ means fresh market in Hokkien, a Chinese dialect popular among many overseas Chinese communities throughout Southeast Asia. Situated at Badi Choupad, Pink City of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal was built in 1799. It has 953 windows on the outside walls. The honeycomb shaped and beautifully carved windows allow breeze to blow through the palace and makes it a perfect summer palace. It was built as an extension to the City Palace nearby. In 1799, the Kachhwaha Rajput ruler, Sawai Pratap Singh, grandson of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh ordered Lal Chand Usta to construct an extension to the Royal City Palace. The Purdah system at the time was strictly followed. Rajput royal ladies should not be seen by strangers or appear in any public area. Tanjong Malim   is a peaceful town located at about 70km north of   Kuala Lumpur ,   Malaysia . It lies on the Perak-Selangor state border, with Sungai Bernam serving as the natural divider.
